Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is defective. 

If there is something wrong with your order, you have 48 hours from receiving the item to contact me. If you do have a item that is defective it needs to be shipped back within 2 days of contacting me, and that item will be fixed or made again if needed. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item if a exchange is eligible. 

If you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange on a defective item the same steps must be followed and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
